Gemma has a background in Social Work and has over ten years’ experience working closely with clients to help them achieve their goals and Gemma enjoyed the varied work and demanding challenges the role would bring. Having been raised by property investors, Gemma has always had an interest in property herself and in 2019, she was offered the opportunity of a career change, which led her into the world of property, when a family member was looking for a letting agent to manage his rental properties for him. Gemma jumped at the opportunity, as having gained the necessary skills, and being a people person, it was a role where she could support individuals in an industry she knew she would thrive in.

Gemma set up her own lettings agency, Flying Keys, in May 2020 and has been running her successful lettings agency in the Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire areas ever since. Gemma has now decided to use her skills and knowledge to support property investors who may already have holiday lets and need to free up their time, or who may need their hand holding whilst they dip their toe in the water of holiday lets. As the No Worries “Head Of Property Management”, you will liaise with Gemma on a regular basis, and she will be there to help and support you throughout the entire process.

Gemma is based in Lincolnshire with her husband, children and their dog, Rupert. She has a deep understanding of the housing market and geographical locations in the Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire areas and is excited to work with you to ensure your holiday let experience is the best it can possibly be.
